Property Cleanup in Lake Buena Vista
If your yard has slipped past what mowing and trimming can fix, a cleanup resets it. We cut down overgrowth, pull vines and weeds, clear brush and haul every load away. Before any work starts, we walk the property with you and explain in plain terms what we'd remove and why.
What a Property Cleanup Is, and When It Makes Sense
A property cleanup is a one-time reset for a yard that has gone past routine upkeep. Think of a lot that sat empty for a season, a home you just bought from someone who stopped mowing, or a back corner swallowed by vines and saplings. It is bigger than our seasonal cleanup, which keeps an already-tended yard in shape. This is the job that gets you back to a starting point.
In our area, that point arrives faster than most people expect. A few months of summer rain can turn a tidy bed into a thicket, and vines can climb a fence or a tree trunk in weeks. Once it is cleared, you can decide what comes next: regular lawn care, fresh mulch and beds, or simply keeping it trimmed yourself.

What the Work Includes
- 01
Cutting back overgrowth
We take tall grass and weeds down to a manageable height and cut back shrubs that have spread over walkways, windows or the driveway.
- 02
Vine and weed removal
Vines are pulled from fences, beds and tree trunks, not just trimmed at the top. We remove as much of the root as we can reach so they come back slower.
- 03
Brush and sapling clearing
Volunteer saplings, palmetto clumps and woody brush along fence lines get cut and cleared. Larger trees are a separate job, covered on our tree trimming and removal page.
- 04
Bed cleanout
We pull weeds and dead plants from old beds and rake out the matted debris, so you can see what is worth keeping.
- 05
Debris haul-away
Branches, leaves, old landscape fabric and yard waste are loaded up and taken off your property. You are not left with a pile at the curb.
- 06
Final walk and rake-out
We rake and blow off hard surfaces and walk the yard with you before we leave so nothing gets missed.

Call(407) 305-2563Signs Your Yard Needs a Cleanup
You can't see the edges anymore
When grass has crept over sidewalks and beds have blended into the lawn, regular mowing won't fix it. The lines need to be found and cut back first.
Vines are climbing things
Vines on fences, walls or tree trunks add weight and hold moisture against surfaces. The sooner they come off, the less damage they do.
Brush is piling up along the fence
Overgrown fence lines collect leaves and branches and give pests a place to hide. Clearing them opens the yard back up.
You just moved in or are getting ready to sell
A cleared yard makes a home easier to show and easier to plan for. It also lets you see the real condition of the lawn and beds.
Debris left after a storm
Fallen limbs and scattered branches can sit for weeks if no one tackles them. We gather and haul them so the yard is safe to walk again.
How a Cleanup Day Goes
- 1
We walk the property with you
Call us and we'll set up a free on-site walkthrough. We point out what is weeds, what is worth saving and what is likely to return, in plain terms.
- 2
You get a clear written estimate
The estimate lists what we will clear, what stays and what gets hauled away. If you want to keep a certain plant or skip an area, we note it before work starts.
- 3
Our crew does the clearing
We work from the outside edges in, cutting first and then pulling roots and vines. We keep an eye out for sprinkler heads, low lighting and anything else hidden in the growth.
- 4
Haul-away and final look
Everything we cut leaves with us. Then we walk the yard with you again and talk through simple next steps, if you want them.
What Moves the Cost of a Cleanup
Two yards of the same size can take very different amounts of work, so we only put a number on your cleanup after walking it in person. Each line on the estimate is explained, so you know what you are paying for. If clearing the yard turns into plans for something larger, ask us about financing: amounts as high as $100,000, repayment spread over two to twelve years, and you can pay it off early without a penalty.
- How overgrown it is
- A yard that skipped one season takes far less time than one that has been left for years with woody brush and established vines.
- Amount of debris to haul
- Haul-away is often the biggest variable. More truckloads means more labor and disposal.
- Access to the work area
- Narrow side yards, gates and fenced back corners mean more hand work and carrying.
- What's hidden underneath
- Buried fabric, old edging, rocks or trash in the growth take extra time to remove. We tell you if we find something that changes the scope before going further.
Property Cleanup Questions
How is this different from your seasonal cleanup?
Seasonal cleanup is routine upkeep for a yard that is already in decent shape. Property cleanup is for a yard that has gotten overgrown or neglected and needs a bigger reset. Many customers start with a property cleanup and then move to seasonal visits or regular lawn care.
Will you save the plants I want to keep?
Yes. During the walkthrough, show us anything you care about and we mark it. If we are not sure whether something is a weed or a plant you want, we ask before cutting it.
Will the vines and weeds just grow back?
Some regrowth is normal, especially from deep roots. We pull as much of the root system as we can reach, which slows it down a lot. Fresh mulch or regular maintenance afterward does the most to keep it from returning.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Not usually. We need access to the yard and any gates, and we like to walk the finished job with you if you can make it. If not, we'll explain what we did over the phone.
What if something on my property gets damaged during the work?
We're a family-owned company, business licensed and fully insured. That matters on cleanup jobs, where crews cut heavy brush close to fences, walls and the house. We also flag sprinkler heads, lighting and other hidden items during the walkthrough so they are marked before cutting starts.
