The Towns We Cover
Most of our days are spent within a short drive of Lake Buena Vista. We work regularly in Celebration, Hunters Creek, Williamsburg and Lake Butler, and just as often in Doctor Phillips, Bay Hill and Oak Ridge. Horizon West, Four Corners and Kissimmee are on our regular routes too, so a yard there gets the same crew and the same attention as one down the street from us.
Every town gets the full list of services: lawn care, landscape design, mulch and beds, irrigation, sod installation, hardscape installation, tree and palm work, stump grinding, bamboo removal and both seasonal cleanup and property cleanup. The first step is the same everywhere. We visit, walk the yard with you and give you a free estimate that spells out what each line covers. If your neighborhood is not named here, give us a call and ask. There is a good chance we already work close by.
What Shapes Yards Around Here
- 01
Homes and yard layouts
Much of the housing across this area was built from the 1990s onward, often in planned communities with smaller lots, shared fences and front yards that face strict appearance rules. Original plantings from the builder are often overgrown or tired by now. When we walk your property, we tell you which shrubs and trees are worth keeping and which ones are crowding your home, your walkways or your roofline.
- 02
Weather and the growing year
Summers bring heavy afternoon rain, heat and fast growth, so lawns and hedges need more frequent attention from late spring into fall. Spring is usually the driest stretch, when thirsty grass shows stress first. Hurricane season runs June through November, which is why we suggest trimming trees and thinning palms before storms, not after. Winters are mild, but an occasional frost can brown tender plants, and we will explain what is likely to recover on its own.
- 03
Sandy soil and watering limits
Soil here is mostly sand. Water and nutrients drain through it quickly, which affects how often grass needs feeding and how deep new sod should be watered while it roots. Local watering schedules also limit which days you can run sprinklers. We set irrigation timers to fit those days and check that each zone actually reaches the plants it is meant for.
- 04
HOAs and permits
Many communities have an HOA that reviews new patios, tree removal or big planting changes before work starts. Some tree removals also need a county or city permit, depending on where you live and the size of the tree. We will tell you up front whether your project is likely to need approval and what paperwork the HOA usually asks for, so nothing stalls halfway through.
See What Your Yard Needs
We will come to your home, walk the property with you and talk through the choices in everyday language. You get a free estimate and time to think it over, with no pressure to sign that day.
